Art Gallery Rental, Minneapolis

Rosalux Gallery offers a unique setting for small receptions, meetings and events. The artful setting located in the historic Open Book building is a 3300 square foot, 3-level loft space featuring contemporary art by Minnesota artists. The gallery is smoke-free and complimentary parking is available adjacent to the building.

Rosalux reserves the right to review special event plans including décor and entertainment to ensure they are compatible with the gallery’s event criteria

Food and Beverage

Caterers recommended and who are familiar with Rosalux Gallery: Chowgirls, D’ Amico, Prom and Never Enough Thyme

Use of catering kitchen is an additional $15 per hour

Alcohol: a certificate of insurance liability for a minimum $1million will need to be provided by event sponsor if there is to be alcohol served.

Banquet tables are available for $10 per event not including linens. Extra table or seating need to be provided by the event sponsor.

Rental Fees

$100 per hour based on a minimum four-hour rental period

Rental fees include full use of gallery space, assistance from gallery staff, parking in open book lot and building security during regular building hours. Any event going beyond regular security hours will be charge $30 per hour for additional security

Rental fees do not include any food or beverages

Payment Terms

50% non-refundable rental fee deposit and signed agreement with Rosalux Gallery

Non-refundable balance is due 5 days prior to the event

Any overtime will be billed separately and due immediately following the event

Decorations

Rosalux reserves the right to pre-approve all signage and decoration

Nothing can be affixed to any interior or exterior walls

Client must remove all decorations brought to Rosalux

Damages

The client is responsible for any and all damages that occur as a result of the event
